Energise your weekday mornings with our 30 minute Stretch and Flexibility sessions via Zoom. The pass includes 30 live sessions from 8.15am- 8.45am, Monday - Friday. The pass also includes a video tutorial pack so you can also complete the sessions in your own time.

These short daily warm-ups are designed as a full body workout where we work on getting you energised for the day ahead and at the same time get you feeling supple by improving your flexibilty. Each sessions is 30 mins and includes:

  • Stretch and Flexibility

  • Restorative work

A small silver lining to lockdown this year has been MyCharleston’s virtual dance classes, run over Zoom. They’ve allowed me to get back into dancing after a 20 year hiatus, in the most tremendously entertaining way - and all from 500 miles away! I have absolutely loved the Charleston courses, the morning stretch and flex workouts and (perhaps most of all) the Friday night dance parties. Highly recommended for all ages and abilities, Fiona and Elena seem to bring out the best in all their students.
